Arhaus shares climbed 6.1% to $10.11 on 18 August after the US home furnishings retailer delivered stronger-than-expected quarterly results.
Revenue increased 7.5% year on year to $384.9 million, exceeding analysts' $365.66 million forecast. Earnings per share reached $0.28, well above the expected $0.16. Despite the positive results, analyst sentiment remains cautious. Four analysts rate Arhaus a Buy, while seven recommend Hold, giving the stock a consensus Hold rating and an average price target of $10.12.
The company has a market capitalisation of approximately $1.44 billion, while institutional investors own 27.9% of its shares.
