Feizy launches new “john f. by Feizy” brand
Dallas – After more than four decades of developing and designing fashion floor coverings, Feizy Rugs’ founder John Feizy is adding a new eponymous brand to his area rug lineup that the company said honors his legacy in the industry.
Formerly dubbed Home, the new and improved brand is now called “john f. by Feizy” and is positioned as one of the company’s three key programs.
As Feizy Rugs put it, the john f. by Feizy line encompasses more than 500 rugs within 82 collections of power-loomed, hand-tufted, woven and hand-knotted varieties, presented in “dynamic color palettes” and “motifs that mirror the moment in interior design.” And it represents the company’s “most affordable rugs.”
Leah Feizy, evp of Feizy Rugs, said: “We are looking forward to what the launch of this new brand means to the company. As we continue to push the envelope with fashion-forward designs and constructions as well as introduce new partnerships with designers across the country, this new brand allows us the opportunity to expand our footprint.”
Feizy Rugs’ other two key brand programs are: Feizy Fine, which comprises hand-knotted constructions in silk and New Zealand wool in more than 100 intricate patterns in 25 collections as well as more than 200,000 one-of-a-kind rugs; and Poetic Wanderlust, which is developed by designer Tracy Porter and spans more than 40 globally-inspired designs within seven collections interpreted on a range of constructions, from hand-knotted rugs to next-generation machine-made rugs made from recycled PET.
