Founded in 1976, C&F Enterprises, Inc. is a U.S.-based importer and brand management company headquartered in Newport News, Virginia. The company serves retailers and other trade customers with home décor, textiles, bedding, tabletop, gifts and seasonal products. In 2026, C&F marks its 50th anniversary, reaching five decades in Home & Gift industry.

Since 2016, C&F Enterprises has expanded its business through the acquisition of a number of U.S. home, gift and textile brands. Its portfolio includes C&F Home, carol & frank, TAG, Transpac, Gallerie II, Rightside Design, ELISABETH YORK, Beachcombers Coastal Life and Foreside Home & Garden. The acquisitions have added new design perspectives and product development capabilities to the company, while allowing the individual brands to maintain their own identities.

Each brand has its own product direction and development team. TAG focuses on tabletop, kitchen, ceramics, glass, fragrance and candles. Transpac works mainly with gifts and decorative products. Ted develops home textiles, while Foreside covers home décor. Solivan specializes in artificial flowers and botanical products.

C&F Enterprises’ business also extends beyond product development to a wholesale operation serving the trade. Its brands are presented to retail customers through showrooms, catalogs, sales representatives and market events in the U.S.

⭐Designed Around Daily Life

C&F Enterprises’ product range covers different parts of daily life, from table linens and dining to kitchen textiles, pillows and throws. Seasonal collections add another layer to the range, with products developed around occasions such as Christmas, Halloween and other holidays. Kitchen towels and tableware are not only practical, but also make excellent gifts for festive occasions.

New collaborations have also added fresh ideas to the product range. In 2026, carol & frank and Sara Miller London introduced a collection of kitchen textiles, pillows and holiday décor, combining Sara Miller London’s distinctive patterns and colors with carol & frank’s home collections. C&F Enterprises has also continued to introduce themed kitchen and tabletop products for different interests and occasions.

C&F Enterprises is also exploring opportunities beyond its current core ranges. Kitchen and dining remain areas of interest for further development, while pet products are being considered as a potential new category.

⭐Why C&F Returns to JINHAN FAIR Year After Year

C&F Enterprises has been an important buyer at JINHAN FAIR for many years. The company visits the fair to meet Chinese suppliers, source new products and compare different options in the same place.

C&F Enterprises has also brought members of its design team to JINHAN FAIR to look for products for its brands. Seeing products in person allows the team to examine materials, finishes and details before deciding which ideas may be worth developing further. This combination of sourcing and design makes the fair relevant to C&F’s multi-brand business.

C&F Enterprises will return to the 54th JINHAN FAIR from October 21–27, 2026, at PWTC Expo Guangzhou, continuing its regular sourcing visits to the fair.
