Eichholtz expands with 8,423 sq ft flagship store
2025.12.17
European furniture and lighting brand Eichholtz has launched a flagship store at South Coast Collection (SoCo) in Costa Mesa, occupying 8,423 square feet within the 292,000 square foot luxury home furnishings centre. Led by California-based furniture veteran Michael Webster, the store offers a full range of European-designed furniture, lighting, cabinetry, wall art, and home décor, with some upholstery produced domestically in North Carolina to accelerate delivery times.

The SoCo location joins anchors such as Calligaris, Design Within Reach, King Living, Rejuvenation, and Roche Bobois, providing a curated environment aimed at professional designers and residential clients. Webster said the store intends to create "an immersive environment featuring one-of-a-kind furniture and lighting pieces."
Founding Creative Director Ryan Saghian and Head of Retail Operations Anthony Checetto, who previously opened Webster's West Hollywood showroom, are overseeing operations. A grand opening is planned for early 2026, with additional Eichholtz West showrooms in Pasadena, Scottsdale, and Palm Desert scheduled to open this winter.
SoCo, located on Hyland Avenue with frontage on Interstate 405, attracts over 340,000 vehicles daily and serves a high-income catchment area. CRC Commercial Leasing Vice President Kristina O'Keefe said Eichholtz West "diversifies and differentiates the tenant mix" and will enhance engagement and long-term growth for the centre.
