Home décor continues to grow at Las Vegas Market
More than a dozen suppliers are opening or expanding showrooms for the July 27-31 market, and World Market Center’s C4 floor, dedicated to better home décor resources, is nearing 100% occupancy, according to International Market Center officials.
“Las Vegas Market continues to experience dramatic expansion in better home décor resources as part of our overall strategic growth plan, and the C4 showcase of fine home décor and textiles resources is nearly 100% leased,” said Dorothy Belshaw, president of Gift & Home Décor, International Market Centers. “The latest additions of new resources and expansions by existing tenants further reinforce Las Vegas Market’s position as the leading furniture, home decor and gift destination in the western United States.”
New suppliers debuting showrooms on the fourth floor of Building C this summer include Bungalow 5, a New York City-based group of architects and designers who design and produce unique and stylish home furnishings and accessories, opening a 3,017-square-foot showroom; and Outpost Original Inc., a Canadian importer of fine African handcrafted furniture, pillows, throws, carpets, hides, lamps and accessories, opening a 600-square-foot showroom.
