Arhaus plans to open two stores in Phoenix

Top 100 company Arhaus Furniture will open the first of two planned stores here this fall, The Arizona Republic reports.
The Walton Hills, Ohio-based retailer is taking a two-level 31,000-square-foot space in Kierland Commons at Greenway Parkway and Scottsdale Road previously occupied by Barnes & Noble, the report said.
The shopping center manager told the newspaper that after the Kierland opening, possibly in October, the retailer plans to open a second smaller store at Biltmore Fashion Park at 24th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix.
The upscale Arhaus is No. 31 on Furniture/Today’s most recent Top 100 U.S. furniture store report with 46 stores and an estimated $260 million in sales in 2013.
