春节要放假了，怎么写邮件通知客户，顺便联络感情？

各位小伙伴是不是要开始春节假期了？但是，大多数客户是不放假的！如何写邮件告知客户放假安排，顺便联络一下感情呢？

1. 通知邮件

建议大家在年前针对性把所有意向客户都邮件跟进了一遍，告知客人公司的假期安排，最后一个船期大约是哪一天，节假日之后最早能发货的大概是什么时候。让客户心中有底，提醒客户做好采购时间安排，库存不足的提前安排。同时可以告知合作客户，如果有紧急的事情可以电邮、电话沟通，不用介意会打扰到自己，但是要注意每封邮件、每通电话的沟通都是有效的。

2、邮箱设置自动

放假期间，邮箱设置好自动回复，一些新客户有可能不了解中国的假期，假期期间发来询盘或者其他的邮件，如果收不到任何反馈会影响整体的印象。同时，也配置好手机邮箱的客户端。

3、该结束的工作不要拖到节后

不要拖着尾巴回家过年，不能结束的做好记录了吗？这么长的假期，回来什么都忘了，如果不记录，你会记不起当时做到了什么地方，前功尽弃！

5、记录重要客户的电话等联系方式

把联系方式备份，带回家，春节当天可以发个短信，或者打个电话，告知客人今天是我们中国最重要的节日，希望能够把喜悦与你们分享。
